Pure You

FAQ

Q: How can I fully relax during the retreat without feeling like I’m wasting time?
A: Our retreats are designed to help you relax deeply while also nurturing your sense of purpose and clarity. You’ll find that moments of stillness and reflection aren’t about losing time—they’re about gaining insight, energy, and balance. Every activity, from mindful practices to time spent in nature, is carefully curated to rejuvenate your body and mind, leaving you with a sense of fulfillment.

Q: What methods are used to relieve stress and tension?
A: We use a holistic approach that combines Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness practices, and gentle movement to help you release stress and tension. Additionally, our retreats emphasize breathing techniques and guided relaxation sessions to calm your mind and restore balance. Time in nature and moments of silence further enhance this sense of peace.

Q: How can I apply what I learn during the retreat to my daily life?
A: You’ll leave with practical tools and techniques that are easy to integrate into your daily routine. From simple breathing exercises to mindful habits, these small changes can create big shifts in how you approach life. Our focus is on sustainable practices that support your well-being long after the retreat ends.

Q: What kind of people participate in these retreats?
A: Our retreats attract individuals who are seeking balance and clarity amidst busy lives. Most participants are both women and men who hold leadership roles or manage significant responsibilities, often juggling work and family. They come to reconnect with themselves, find peace, and take steps towards living with more intention. No matter their background, everyone is welcomed into a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Q: Can we come as a couple to these retreats?
A: Our retreats attract both individuals and couples who are seeking balance and clarity amidst busy lives. They come to reconnect with each other. At Pure You, we know that the most profound transformations in a relationship happen in the quiet moments—when there is space to simply be, both with yourself and with your partner. Our retreats are designed to guide you into a shared stillness that allows your hearts to open and love to flow naturally. Here, you won’t find traditional couples therapy or alternative sessions. Instead, we offer a sanctuary for you to reconnect through simplicity and presence.

Q: What makes this retreat different?
A: Pure You is more than just a retreat. It’s your safe space with mental, emotional, spiritual and physical guidance. A sanctuary where you’ll build deep connections with people who share your journey. A well of nourishment and stillness you’ll want to revisit, not just once but again and again, as a rhythm in your life.

Q: Is this retreat only for woman?
A: A meditator is neither a man nor a woman, because meditation has nothing to do with your body; neither does it have anything to do with your mind. In meditation you are simply and purely consciousness. And consciousness is neither male nor female.

Q: Do I need prior experience in yoga or meditation to attend a retreat?
A: No experience is necessary! Our retreats are tailored to meet you where you are. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner, we provide guidance to help you deepen your practice.

Q: What happens if strong emotions come up during the retreat?
A: It’s natural for emotions to arise during a retreat. Our team includes a psychotherapist who offers compassionate support to help you navigate these moments with understanding and care.

Q: What is included in the retreat package?
A: Your package includes all yoga and meditation sessions, plant-based meals, accommodation, and access to the serene retreat grounds. Additional one-on-one sessions with facilitators can also be arranged.

Q: Is “Pure You” suitable for people with specific dietary needs?
A: Absolutely. We offer plant-based meals prepared with fresh, local ingredients. If you have specific dietary requirements, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
